Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Many Frocks, we are committed to delivering your order safely and as quickly as possible.

Shipping

• Free shipping across India on orders of INR 799 and above.
• A shipping charge of INR 99 applies to orders below INR 799.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders.
• For international orders, please email us at support@manyfrocks.com before placing your order to know the applicable shipping charges and delivery timelines.
• For orders shipped outside India, any customs duties, import duties, local taxes, or other charges levied by the destination country shall be borne by the customer.
• Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
• In case of returns or exchanges, return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 business hours of order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
• During sale periods, festive seasons, or promotional events, dispatch timelines may be slightly longer.

Delivery

• Most orders within India are delivered within 2–6 business days from the date of dispatch.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier partner availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Deliveries to remote or non-metro locations may require additional transit time.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
• Customers can use the tracking information provided to monitor the status of their shipment.

Address Accuracy

• Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information while placing an order.
• Many Frocks shall not be responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

COD Order Verification

• To ensure a smooth delivery experience, Many Frocks reserves the right to verify Cash on Delivery (COD) orders before dispatch.
• Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled at the sole discretion of Many Frocks.

Delays Beyond Our Control

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, transportation disruptions, strikes, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
