Returns
- Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Return should reach us within 10 days from delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in a saleable condition. It must also be in the original packing, labels & tags intact.
- Pre Order or customised products are not returnable.
- A restocking fee of INR 99 be charged on every item returned.
- Adult products, home products, hair accessories, jewellery, gifting products, wash cloths, vests, bed covers, purse/bags, wellness products and products under clearance sale are not returnable.
How to return?
For orders delivered in India:
- Kindly email us at support@manyfrocks.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Please mention your order number and the product you want to return in the email.
- You would need to ship the products back to us within 10 days from delivery date, at your own expense. The return shipping charges will be non-refundable. Return address: Many Frocks And, 37/38 Mistry Industrial Complex, Cross Road A, Behind MIDC, Andheri East, Mumbai 400093. India
For orders delivered outside India:
- Kindly email us at support@manyfrocks.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Please mention your order number and the product you want to return in the email.
- You would need to ship the products back to us within 30 days from delivery date. Both return shipping charges and customs charges will have to be paid by the customer. Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received, the product(s) will go through a quality check.
- After the product passes the quality check, we will issue a refund to the original mode of payment and notify you through and email that we have processed your refund.
- Restocking fee of INR 99 will be deducted from the refund.
- It may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
- Any shipping charges, customs duty / taxes are not refundable
- Products under Clearance Sale will not be refunded.
Exchange/Replacement
- We only exchange items if there is a size issue.
- We only replace those items which are defective or damaged. Although we take utmost care to ensure that the products pass through strict quality checks before dispatch. Kindly send clear images mentioning the issue in the product.
- Kindly email us at support@manyfrocks.com within 2 days of receiving the product. Please mention your order number and the product you want to exchange or replace.
- After receiving your exchange/replacement mail we will confirm you if the product is in stock for the same.
- Only on confirmation on mail by us on the availability of the product should you ship the product to us within 10 days of delivery of the product.
- We will not be able to provide an exchange or replacement if there is no availability of the same product.
- Please email us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please include your order number and clear images of the defect/issue in the email.
- For exchange/replacement you need to send the product to us within 10 days of delivery.
- Non-returnable products are not eligible for returns or exchange.
- Products under clearance sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
- The return shipping cost for exchange and replacement will have to be borne by the customer.
Cancelling an order
- Pre-Order / Customised can be cancelled within 4 hours.
- All other products can be cancelled until the order is shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation on mail once the order is shipped.
- Please email us at support@manyfrocks.com in case you want to cancel your order. Please include the order number and the product(s) you wish to cancel in the email.
